Commonwealth v. R.S., Boston Municipal Court
The apartment belonged to the defendant's sister, and the defendant, the co-defendant, and 2 others were located inside. A search of the apartment revealed a loaded gun inside a closet in one of the bedrooms. The defendant was ultimately charged with Unlawful Possession of a Firearm; Possession of Ammunition; Discharge of a Firearm within 500 feet of a Building; and Possession of a Loaded Firearm.
After trial, the defendant was found NOT GUILTY of all charges.
