Aggravated Assault & Battery
In Massachusetts, an Assault & Battery that is committed under certain circumstances will be considered

An Aggravated Assault & Battery is defined as an intentional touching, however slight, that is harmful or offensive and committed without justification or excuse, and:

- Is committed upon another who is pregnant at the time; or
