A subsequent search of the defendant's car also yielded one empty bottle of Vodka under the driver's seat; and another half-empty bottle of Vodka near the driver's area. He refuses to take the Breathalyzer Test and is arrested for Operating Under the Influence of Alcohol.
After trial, the Defendant is found NOT GUILTY.
